Beautifully kept hotel located right by the most beautiful beach and sea front with restaurants and bars as well as a nice pub. Well-equipped and beautifully designed rooms with private bathrooms and an electric kettle and glassware. The elegant feel of the place and central location. And right at a contemporary art gallery.

Charming Stay with Perfect Hosts!
Celebrating our tenth anniversary was a delight here. Angela and her husband treated us like family. We relished the warm atmosphere and good festive decor. The serene location allowed us easy access to Edinburgh's Christmas markets via bus. Pro tip, enjoy breakfast early for a better selection!

The room was airy and included an electric kettle and glassware. I appreciated the view of garden. The location was magnificent, for example, Portobello Beach was a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel. It was reasonably clean, I would come here again.

Everything. Angela and her husband were amazing. Nothing was too much trouble, she went out of her way to introduce us to the guest house and give us direction/hints/tips for our wander in to the city. The room was warm, comfortable, clean and cosy. Loved our stay to be fair!
The weather could have been better!!
